The outdoor pool looked stunning, and the gym was open 24/7. Plus, the location was a breeze for exploring the city, and the nearby ferry terminal made for easy Kowloon trips. I particularly loved how staff went above and beyond, like Chloe at reception who made our check-in super smooth.

Harbour view room was cozy and stunning! The staff kept everything tidy, making me feel fancy and cared for, even in a compact space! Enjoyable location for exploring, right by the waterfront and easily accessible to everything.

But good luck with the noises from those high heels above—sounds like a tap dance was happening! And, let’s just say, the elevators were slower than my Aunt Edna during her morning shuffle!

Amazing views of Victoria Harbour and comfortable rooms.

My stay was marred by extremely slow elevators, often resulting in waits exceeding ten minutes. Check-in was a nightmare, taking half an hour because staff seemed more focused on loyalty members than other guests. Additionally, the breakfast set-up was chaotic, resulting in long lines that dampened the entire dining experience. I expected better management from a hotel of this caliber.

Waking up to the serene views of Victoria Harbour was a highlight. The hotel’s location made it easy for us to explore the nearby attractions, and the breakfast spread genuinely impressed us.

However, the room felt cramped, and the furnishings were overdue for an update. We also faced frustrating wait times for the elevators, which could really dampen the mood.

Had an incredible experience with the lovely welcome from Karena. She walked me to my upgraded room and there were local sweets and a coffee voucher waiting for me, which was a fantastic touch I'm not used to after 100+ nights on the road.

Sure it wasn't inexpensive , but for what I received, it was more than acceptable.

This place suits me perfectly with its excellent wi-fi, 24-hour reception, outdoor swimming pool, and a great restaurant. I fondly recall how the staff guided me on where to order tasty food during my first stay. Tip, get to the executive lounge early for evening snacks! I'm definitely coming back for another trip.

i stayed at the renaissance for 6 nights and loved it! the location in the wan chai area was perfect for exploring. my room had an amazing harbour view on the 36th floor. the staff were super friendly and made my trip even better. the gym was well-equipped, perfect for keeping up with workouts.
