I really got great value for my money at the Renaissance! The room was fantastic - comfortable bed and a stunning view of the harbor. The location was perfect, just a short walk to shops and restaurants. The staff treated me like a VIP, especially Donna in the executive suite lounge, who went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend!

The food for breakfast could be better.

Our 3rd stay at this hotel and the staff, particularly Samuel Tsang and Cyrus Li, always go above and beyond. The pool area is stunning and perfect for escaping the heat. The club room view is amazing and the staff in the club room are friendly and professional. The Mirage bar serves the best bloody Mary. The location is convenient for shopping at Harbour City and other shops in Tsim Sha Tsui.

During our romantic escape, we absolutely loved the stunning view from our room. the harbor view was simply breathtaking and added a touch of luxury to our stay. Additionally, the recently renovated rooms were modern and stylish, providing us with all the comforts we needed. the hotel's location was also a major plus, with easy access to the exhibition center and a short walk to the Star Ferry for a romantic trip across the harbor.

We did encounter a few negative aspects during our stay. the staff, with the exception of one person, seemed indifferent and not very welcoming.

As backpackers, we found the hotel's convenient location near the ferry crossing to be a great advantage. The subway system was also easily accessible, making it simple to explore the city. The staff, especially Winky, were amazing and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The heated pool and functional gym were added bonuses. The cleanliness of the rooms and the comfortable beds made for a pleasant stay.

The location on the harbor in the Wan Chai section of this city is breathtaking. The view of the bay from the rooms is simply amazing. The hotel facilities, including the pool, garden, and tennis court, are top-notch and not located on the ground floor. The staff deserves a special mention, as they were uniformly charming, helpful, and professional. They went above and beyond to assist us, even managing to retrieve my wife's iPad within hours of our arrival. The meal choices for breakfast and dinner were superb.

The buffet breakfast was outstanding with a wide selection of delicious food. The panoramic view postcard idea was brilliant. The facilities were great with easy access to transportation and nearby restaurants. The staff was incredibly helpful and professional, going above and beyond to assist us.

We stayed in this hotel to celebrate a special occasion and the staff made the best of it, upgrading us to a room with a stunning view and offering us some delightful delicacies. The swimming pool is the best in town and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered is exceptional, with plenty of options to choose from.

Enjoyed Executive Room facilities for breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening drinks. Comfy room with lounge space. Centrally located near Star Ferry and a flat walk to Central area. Next door to Convention Centre and direct walkway to Wan Chai MTR. 5 mins walk to Wan Chai pier. Staff went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. In-room dining was delicious. Gym had new equipment. Navigator was immensely helpful.
