We absolutely loved our stay from start to finish. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome. The cleanliness of the hotel grounds was impressive, and the pools were great for relaxation and fun. The fact that the hotel is attached to a water park, with free access, was a major highlight for us. It provided endless entertainment and excitement during our stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, with the beach just a short walk away, offering beautiful views and a safe environment. We also appreciated the variety and deliciousness of the food, with fresh options like salads, stews, and meats cooked by a chef in front of us. Lastly, the free WiFi in the rooms was a thoughtful amenity.

The staff at the hotel was nice and the water park was lovely. The beach and restaurants were just a two minute walk away. The food had plenty of choices and was okay, but we still enjoyed eating out. The drinks selection included beer on tap, wine, vodka, rum, and a few cocktails. There were also options for kids like Coke, Fanta, and ice cream. it was a great all-inclusive experience with good value for money and worth it if you find a good deal.

Not enough paella or vegetarian choices in the food selection this time. Also, there was a disappointing lack of kids talent show, flamenco dancers, and mermaid swimming, which were my daughter's favorite activities during our last stay.

The facilities at the hotel were fantastic with a wide range of activities and amenities available. The food was excellent, and the chef took great pride in his cooking. The staff, especially the manager, were friendly and made us feel like family. The reception staff, Ann and Jordi, were amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel is great for families and couples alike.

The water park was definitely the highlight of the stay, with a variety of fun slides for all ages. The location is perfect, just steps away from a beautiful beach and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Another great feature was the heated pool, perfect for a late-night swim under the stars.

The rooms were a bit dated and could use some updating, especially the communal areas like the poolside restrooms which were not always cleaned regularly. , the cocktails offered on the all-inclusive were limited and not very inspired, so we ended up paying extra for some of our favorite drinks.

The water park at Relaxia Lanzasur Club was fantastic for my daughter and me. We had a blast going down the slides and cooling off in the pools. The staff at the water park were friendly and ensured everyone's safety. It was definitely the highlight of our stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing us with a comfortable space to relax after a long day of fun. The breakfast buffet was also impressive, offering a variety of delicious options to start our day. I had a great time at Relaxia Lanzasur Club and would highly recommend it.

Speaking of which, the water park is a fantastic addition to the facilities. It's perfect for families with children who can enjoy it for free. The location is also fantastic, just a short walk from Playa Flamingo beach and nearby bars, restaurants, and shops. The staff at this hotel are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are comfortable and come with basic amenities like a TV. And lastly, the breakfast spread is delicious and offers a variety of options.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Aqualava water park where we spent hours of fun. The local market nearby was also a great addition, where we found some nice things to bring home. The room was spacious and comfortable, with two beds in the living area for extra convenience. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service was outstanding, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from our room and made great use of the facilities, such as the bar tap and poolside soft drinks.

The entertainment could have been better.

The food offerings at breakfast, lunch, and dinner were very good. The location was also good and near a lovely beach. the value for money was great.

The room/bungalow was tired, old, and unsafe. The towels were taken from our sunbeds and some of our personal belongings went missing.

We had a fantastic time at Relaxia Lanzasur Club - Aqualava Water Park! The water park was a huge hit with our family, and we enjoyed the slides and pools all day long. The staff at the water park were friendly and helpful, creating a fun and safe environment for everyone.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the busy main pool area and basic all-inclusive cocktails, these were minor in comparison to the overall positive experience we had at Relaxia Lanzasur Club - Aqualava Water Park.
