The lifts were fast and we never had to wait long for them.

Room had a large, comfortable bed for 4 people. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and attentive, especially in the restaurant. Manager was pleasant and spent time discussing our needs. Food hall was the right size, clean, and comfortable. Compact serving area with everything easily accessible. Proper table linen and efficient service at the table. Excellent reception and communication. Enjoyed the entertainments and sunny terrace with waiter service.

Had a great xmas stay at a hotel in Benidorm. Loved the comfortable memory foam mattresses and the clean rooms. the food was varied and always hot, with plenty of delicious salads to choose from. the waitresses were brilliant and cleared away dishes with a pleasant manner and smile. the location and facilities were excellent, making it a top choice for a holiday.

The expensive drinks, with a small water costing £2.50 and half a pint of cider priced at £3.50. there was a lot of building noise from the work next door, which started early in the morning and lasted all day.

Great room, friendly staff, delicious meals with variety, entertaining evenings, excellent cleanliness.
