Helpful and efficient staff, although they could greet returning guests more consistently. Smooth check-in and check-out process.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by two things. First, the cozy atmosphere of the hotel made me feel right at home. Second, the breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a wide selection of delicious options to choose from. the hotel's location near trains, buses, and plenty of restaurants was a key advantage, making it easy for me to explore the city and try out different local cuisines.

That the heating was not working properly during my stay. However, the staff did their best to resolve the issue and even offered to change my room.

It was also in a quiet neighborhood, allowing me to have a peaceful stay. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, they were always on call and ready to assist with any request. The hotel also offered great facilities, including a fitness center and a sun terrace with beach access. I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel.

Stayed for 3 nights, staff left birthday cake and card in the room when they discovered the purpose of our trip. Central location, clean and modern room, comfy bed. Local restaurants nearby are good and not too pricey. Eixample quarter perfect for exploring, with bars, cafeterias, and supermarkets around the corner. Quiet and spacious rooms, helpful and friendly staff. Trust bar available 24/7. Excellent breakfast buffet. Will definitely book again.
