During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I absolutely loved the luxurious amenities and excellent service provided by the staff. the rooms were not only spacious and clean, but also well, furnished with all the necessary amenities. the location was a major advantage, as it was close to the beach and offered stunning views of the Persian/Arabian Gulf. Additionally, the hotel provided a variety of activities, including water sports and a well, equipped fitness area, which added to the enjoyment of my stay.

We had a fantastic stay here! The hotel is located in a peaceful area, perfect for relaxing. The service provided by the staff was outstanding; we especially appreciated the room service and laundry service. The bell staff and housekeeping were also very accommodating. We were able to easily get to the airport with the paid shuttle service provided by the hotel. Additionally, we appreciated the range of amenities in the room such as the air conditioning, mini-bar, and Wi-Fi.

This place is highly recommended to anyone looking for luxury and comfort!

With access to a private beach, fun activities for small children, a great pool and gym facilities, and a delicious breakfast buffet, Intercontinental Al Jubail Resort provides everything I needed for a fantastic stay. The parking was also convenient, and the front desk staff, particularly Ms. Manar, ensured a smooth check-in and introduced me to IHG membership privileges. I also received excellent hospitality from Mr. Pranay and the head chef during breakfast, especially with the amazing omelettes from the omelette station.

Felt very relaxed, no complaints whatsoever.

Some pricey but enjoyable. Property could use makeover. Pleasant stay.

I recently stayed at Intercontinental in Jubail for a family vacation. Our stay was fantastic, thanks to the amazing staff who were polite, professional, and always ready to help. The breakfast and dinner options were excellent, with a wide variety of delicious food. The location of the hotel was great, and we loved the facilities on the private beach. The hotel also provided quick check-in and late check-out as requested, along with a comfortable cot for our infant. The rooms were clean and the atmosphere inside was pleasant. we had a wonderful experience at Intercontinental in Jubail.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities such as a private beach with sun loungers and beach umbrellas, making for a luxurious and relaxing experience. the breakfast buffet had a great variety and the omelette station delivered excellent omelettes. Service by Ms. Manar at the front desk and hospitality from Mr Pranay and the head chef were superb.

In-room dining services lacked staff efficiency in delivering food quickly. there was no microwave in the room to heat food.

We loved the friendly and efficient staff, who were more than happy to serve us in the restaurant. The hotel facilities, including the beach and surrounding garden areas, made us feel like we had stepped into a hidden beauty spot. We enjoyed the delicious seafood pizza from La Laguna beach bar and the clean and comfortable room. The prompt and accommodating room service, delivering two extra pillows, was a pleasant surprise.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with well-maintained facilities. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel staff, especially Bassam Mershad and Sana Al Khater at the front desk, were incredibly helpful and friendly. They provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience.

I just had my fourth stay in Intercontinental Al Jubail Resort and they continue to maintain high standards. The entire staff, from cleaners to receptionists, is dedicated and friendly. The concierge and luggage service, especially Ijaz, was excellent. The hotel's ambiance is lovely, and their restaurants offer great breakfast, food, and service. The private beach at the country club is fantastic for families, and my children loved it. The nearby Fanateer district is also great for walks and dining options.
