We recently had a romantic escape at a hotel in Bristol and we were pleasantly surprised by the level of service and attention to detail. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and there were so many little extra touches that made our stay special. We loved having a CD and DVD player in our room, as well as a nicely stocked minibar. the location was ideal, with easy access to the city center and all the attractions. Plus, the complimentary sherry and fruit added a nice touch of luxury.

That the window in our room was a bit difficult to open, and the external windowsill could use some maintenance. But overall, these were minor inconveniences that didn't detract from the overall positive experience.

The manager was incredibly responsive and apologetic, and even changed our room for the second night and refunded the accommodation cost. The location, close to the university, was convenient, and the rooms were comfortable and spacious with nice views. Close enough to the Centre, making it easy to explore both Clifton and the city itself. Located on a square with a pretty green, adding to the hotel's character and charm. The hotel facilities were excellent, with nice touches in the room's facilities such as tea and proper cafetière coffee. The breakfast selection was delicious and extensive, offering great value for money. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing excellent service both at reception and in the breakfast room.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location in a leafy square in the middle of the city is fantastic. The staff were exceptional, especially the receptionist with yellow nail varnish. Room was a bit noisy due to nearby restaurant and wedding party with a disco that went on until early hours. Some of the staff at check-in were indifferent and vague directions to the room.

I must say, I had a fantastic stay at Berkeley Square Hotel. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and check-in was quick and hassle-free. The room was just as I expected from the pictures, although it was a bit smaller in person. However, the single bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep every night. Despite some reviews mentioning noise from the bar, I didn't experience any disruptions, even though my room was directly above it. The location of the hotel is also a major plus.
