I recently stayed at Sant Jordi Hostels Rock Palace during my trip to Barcelona. The staff was absolutely amazing, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I loved how they brought people together, whether it was through great conversations or organizing group outings. The pool area was the perfect place to meet fellow travelers and hang out. The rooftop terrace was also a highlight, offering a serene space to relax and even get some work done. The hostel dinners were delicious and provided a fantastic opportunity to connect with other guests. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the hostel and the stunning views from the rooms.

The hostel offered a great location, just a few streets away from major landmarks. This made it easy to explore the city on foot. Additionally, the hostel provided electric lockers in the rooms, which was very convenient and not something all hostels offer. Lastly, being able to leave luggage in a room after check-out was helpful, although there was no way to secure the bags.

The check-in process was quite slow, with a long wait and individual check-ins for each guest. The breakfast options were limited and budget-friendly, with high-sugar cereals and cheap white bread.

It is conveniently located in the city centre, making it easy to reach many tourist attractions. it is near the beach, providing a beautiful view and the opportunity for beach activities. The rooms were clean and equipped with personal outlets and lights, and the hostel offered large lockers for storage.

Some guests mentioned that the pillows were thin, which could be uncomfortable for some people.

the staff, facilities, and food were excellent. the place was very clean and conveniently located. There was even a time when I accidentally dropped my phone on the edge of the bed, but the manager came up early in the morning to help me retrieve it. They went above and beyond to ensure my experience was the best.

Had an amazing time during my Christmas stay! the hostel organized group outings to explore the local nightlife, which was a blast. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, giving great advice on where to go and what to see in the city. the communal dinners were a highlight, with delicious and affordable food.

The bathrooms were not en suite, which was a bit inconvenient. the mattresses were squeaky and not the most comfortable.

My recent stay at Sant Jordi Hostels Rock Palace was fantastic! I stayed for a week and it was the perfect place to meet new people. The location was excellent, being close to some of Guadi's works and the city center. The staff was super friendly and helpful, giving fantastic tips for tours. The facilities were comfortable and the double bunk bed setup was smart and convenient. I even left my iPhone in the bathroom and the staff found it and kept it safely at the reception. They were so friendly and welcoming, it felt like they were part of the group. the atmosphere in the hostel was also incredible, with game nights, parties, and chill nights where everyone could relax. I met so many new people and made some great friends during my stay. the facilities were clean and comfortable, and I had no complaints about them. Additionally, the location of the guest house was perfect, making it easy to explore the city and find everything I needed.

There were a couple of downsides to my stay. the showers could definitely use some improvements, like having a soap holder or a shelf to place personal items.
