The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. Despite there being multiple school groups staying, our room was quiet and we couldn't hear any noise from them. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, going out of their way to help retrieve our car keys from the elevator and ensuring our comfort during the wait. They were not only friendly but also the nicest hotel staff I have ever encountered. Additionally, the hotel provided delicious hard candy at the front desk, a delightful treat.

There were no carts available for bringing in or checking out our luggage, which was a bit inconvenient. The fireplace in the lobby, although present, wasn't being used during our stay, which as it was quite cold outside.

The breakfast at Residence Inn was delicious, with a nice variety of hot and cold items. I especially loved the fresh mango smoothies made by the friendly breakfast attendant. The sparkling clean pool, hot tub, and basketball court were a hit with my kids. The pet area was also well-maintained. I had a great stay!

The daily breakfast had a good variety of options. The staff quickly addressed the cable outage and the dirty fork in the fridge. a pleasant stay.

This hotel is perfect for long stays with its full kitchens and helpful staff. The location is ideal, not far from downtown and close to everything in the Northwest Alabama area. The breakfast and pet policy are great, too!

The staff was great and provided excellent service. the hotel was clean and comfortable, making me feel at ease during my stay. the room was spacious and well-designed, offering separate areas for sitting, working, and sleeping. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, allowing easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.

There were a few downsides to my experience. This made it difficult for me to take advantage of the free breakfast, as I didn't feel comfortable being in a room with so many strangers.

We had a great stay at Residence Inn in AL! It was a last-minute trip for my family, but we were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable bed and friendly staff. The King studio was perfect for us, especially with our 1-year-old who had plenty of space to move around. The room felt just like home! We loved the convenient parking and the well-equipped kitchen. We will definitely be back!
