I had an amazing time at this place! The location is perfect, situated between two breathtaking bays, right on the beach. From my terrace, I had a stunning view of the ocean. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a sitting area and a terrace where I could relax and enjoy the scenery. The staff provided excellent service, from the room service to the housekeeping, making sure everything was perfect during my stay.

Not only that, but it is also conveniently situated within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The rooms are large and comfortable, providing me with the perfect space to relax and unwind. The facilities are fantastic, with a pool and terrace for sunbathing and plenty of sunbeds available. The breakfast spread is absolutely fantastic, offering a wide variety of options to satisfy every palate. The staff here are lovely and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

This place has a great location by the beach, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel valued as a guest. The food options were varied and delicious, with a good mix of healthy and indulgent choices. I particularly appreciated the chef who made fresh pancakes and omelets, and the waitress Keny who provided excellent service. Additionally, the option to take the room towels to the pool was convenient and ensured I had everything I needed for a comfortable day by the water.

It is worth noting that the hotel seemed to cater more to an older crowd, as there were elderly people enjoying ballroom dance nights with live bands. However, this did not detract from my overall experience.

Just got back from a lovely weekend! the location was amazing with two beautiful beaches nearby. the rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and had an incredible view of the sea. the pool area was delightful with a fantastic view of the beach. We liked the fact that there were always sun loungers available for us anytime during the day. the staff was very helpful and kind.

The restaurant was too crowded during peak hours, and we had to wait in line for our turn. the tables were too close to each other, and the ambiance was like a canteen.

The hotel is located in a quiet area right on the beach, offering stunning sea views from the rooms. You can enjoy lovely walks along the beach and explore the surrounding low rise buildings and villas. The hotel also has a garden area, perfect for relaxing outdoors. There are some shops within a 5-minute walk, and a larger shopping center is just a 25-minute walk away.

The entertainment in the evening was repetitive and could benefit from more variety.

servigroup la zenia in orihuela surpassed my expectations. the food and staff were excellent, especially the helpful reception staff. the hotel was clean and well-maintained. my room with a balcony overlooking the pool and sea was delightful. despite the missing spa facilities, i still recommend this lovely hotel.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We had an amazing time at this luxury hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel itself was spotless and the location was perfect, right on the beach in a residential area. We loved being able to relax by the pool and there were always plenty of sunbeds available. The food was excellent with a wide variety of options, including some English dishes for those who prefer familiar cuisine. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

There is no mention of room service or laundry services, but the hotel provides a paid airport shuttle and assistance with tours and tickets. The rooms are spacious and have all the amenities you could need, including heating, air conditioning, and tea/coffee facilities.

We got great value for our money and our room had a beautiful view of the beach and pool. The location of the hotel was superb, right between two lovely sandy beaches. The staff at Servigroup La Zenia were incredibly helpful and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast option could be improved with more variety and flavors.
