Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a king deluxe room with a balcony. The room itself was spacious and beautifully appointed, with all necessary amenities provided. Throughout our stay, the staff, including Ice and Rob, were incredibly friendly and attentive. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and the housekeeping staff took care of our needs without us having to request anything. The bathroom was well-stocked with essential items, and the shower products were conveniently dispensed in larger bottles with pump dispensers. our experience at Madera was exceptional, and we look forward to recommending it to others.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was large, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was clean and pleasant. The location was so convenient, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and big hotels nearby. I was able to easily hop on a shuttle to the city center or take a bus for a more affordable option. Plus, the hotel is situated in a residential area, so it felt calm and peaceful. I loved that it was so close to everything, including the amazing Firefly restaurant that makes delicious cocktails.

The wifi was fast and included in the room rate, perfect for working. The spacious and modern rooms, along with the Fellow electric kettle, added a unique touch. Finding free weekend parking within walking distance was a bonus. The gym had everything I needed, and the location was ideal for accessing Dupont Circle and downtown. The friendly staff made the experience even more enjoyable. Plus, the access to chrome cast allowed us to relax and watch our favorite shows. Lastly, the hotel manager's gesture of removing parking charges after a minor incident with the valet was appreciated.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with Kimpton-like furniture and two queen beds. I particularly loved the large balcony and the unexpected kitchenette. Lastly, the location was perfect. Situated in a good area, it was close to the metro station, the White House, and many restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we appreciated the complementary fruits and drinks in the room. the location was great, as we were able to walk to nearby restaurants and bars. We also loved the balcony in our room, which offered beautiful views of the city.

The only thing we weren't too thrilled about was the lack of variety in the room service menu. We found ourselves browsing through the same limited options every day.
