There was a special request for wines and champagne to be sent to the room, and Maggie, the front office manager, responded quickly with options and pricing. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a king deluxe room with a balcony. The room itself was spacious and beautifully appointed, with all necessary amenities provided. Throughout our stay, the staff, including Ice and Rob, were incredibly friendly and attentive. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and the housekeeping staff took care of our needs without us having to request anything. The bathroom was well-stocked with essential items, and the shower products were conveniently dispensed in larger bottles with pump dispensers. our experience at Madera was exceptional, and we look forward to recommending it to others.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was large, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was clean and pleasant. The location was so convenient, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and big hotels nearby. I was able to easily hop on a shuttle to the city center or take a bus for a more affordable option. Plus, the hotel is situated in a residential area, so it felt calm and peaceful. I loved that it was so close to everything, including the amazing Firefly restaurant that makes delicious cocktails.

I recently stayed at Hotel Madera for a week while on a business trip. The room on the 9th floor had a breathtaking view and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay excellent. The wifi was fast and included in the room rate, perfect for working. The spacious and modern rooms, along with the Fellow electric kettle, added a unique touch. Finding free weekend parking within walking distance was a bonus. The gym had everything I needed, and the location was ideal for accessing Dupont Circle and downtown. The friendly staff made the experience even more enjoyable. Plus, the access to chrome cast allowed us to relax and watch our favorite shows. Lastly, the hotel manager's gesture of removing parking charges after a minor incident with the valet was appreciated.

I had a very good stay at this hotel. Firstly, the value for money was excellent. The prices were reasonable and included breakfast, which was a nice touch. Secondly, the hotel's attention to detail was impressive. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with Kimpton-like furniture and two queen beds. I particularly loved the large balcony and the unexpected kitchenette. Lastly, the location was perfect. Situated in a good area, it was close to the metro station, the White House, and many restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience.

We had a lovely romantic escape and really enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we appreciated the complementary fruits and drinks in the room. The location was great, as we were able to walk to nearby restaurants and bars. We also loved the balcony in our room, which offered beautiful views of the city.

The only thing we weren't too thrilled about was the lack of variety in the room service menu. We found ourselves browsing through the same limited options every day. Additionally, the pillows on the bed were not very comfortable and we had a difficult time getting a good night's sleep.

We were pleasantly surprised with this venue! The location was great, close to many fabulous restaurants and shops, plus the metro was only a block away. The staff treated us with great hospitality, making us feel welcomed each time. The room amenities were outstanding, including the comfortable bed, well-equipped bathroom, and sitting area. We particularly enjoyed the little extras like the bathrobes and the flower added to the extra roll of tissue.

The hotel is located in a quiet area with plenty of dining in the area. The location is convenient to Foggy Bottom Metro station. The rooms are spacious and clean with a nice L-shaped couch with pullout and a large flat screen TV. The bathroom had a nice walk-in shower. The service was welcoming, accommodating, and helpful. To sit outside and people/pooch watch on the balcony was fun. The workout room was adequate and there was a restaurant that offered a free cocktail nightly at 5:30 pm for one hour.

The bed was uncomfortable and left me with back pain from being too firm.

The rooms exceeded expectations, comfortably accommodating four adults each. The decor was lovely and the cleanliness impeccable. We especially enjoyed the location, with plenty of nearby restaurants and bars. The standout was the exceptional and accommodating staff, including Maggie and Trevor at the front desk.
