Gym equipment outdated.

The restaurant in Mallorca offers a varied and local wine pairing, and the paella is one of the best on the island. The rooms are beautifully appointed and the breakfast is divine. The staff is attentive and the facilities are excellent, including a pool with a view of the vineyards.

Some guests experienced a problem with the availability of the spa due to construction.

During our New Year's stay, we were impressed by the attentive staff and their excellent service. The location of the hotel was ideal for a peaceful and relaxing getaway, with beautiful gardens and a well-equipped spa. We also enjoyed the delicious food served at the hotel's restaurant and the comfortable beds in the rooms.

We found the room floors to be quite slippery when wet which was a bit concerning. Additionally, the hotel's prices were on the high side, but still reasonable considering the quality of the facilities and service they offered.

As a light sleeper, I loved the peaceful and serene atmosphere of the hotel. The setting amidst the vineyards and orange groves with views of the tramuntana was absolutely stunning.
