The hotel had great pool and facilities with slides. The wrist band made it convenient for room access and payment. The food quality was good and the all-inclusive drinks were exceptional. The location was excellent, within walking distance to bars.

We just spent a delightful week at the Bitacora with our family of four. Our room, 624, had a breathtaking view of the sea and pool. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring our stay was top-notch. The facilities were immaculate, and the pool and playground were a hit with our children. The entertainment provided by the animation team was fantastic, and the food offerings were truly exceptional with something for everyone. The hotel's central location was also a big plus. Had a wonderful Xmas break at this hotel. The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Location was fantastic, with a beach and shops nearby. The entertainment was good and kept us busy throughout our stay.

The rooms and pool area were a little outdated and in need of renovation. The pool was also closed for maintenance for a day which was a little disappointing.

Guests can enjoy the vibrant restaurant scene and explore the nearby shops and mini markets. The rooms are spacious, modern, and well-appointed, providing a comfortable stay for guests. the hotel offers a range of facilities such as two pools, including one with a slide, a children's park with a football pitch, and daytime entertainment for all ages.

Some guests mentioned that the lunchtime food options were minimal and not as good as in the past.

Fell in love with the stunning coast, had daily doses of vitality by the beautiful pools, and enjoyed relaxation in the Thalasso spa. Sunsets and wine were a perfect match.

Just loved being woken up by the noise of workmen and bin men at 4am and 6am. So refreshing!

Great options for breakfast and dinner every day, including fish, meat, chicken, soups. Fresh orange juice for breakfast and ice cream for dinner make kids happy. Warm swimming pools and a big playground for kids. Playa del Camisón is a nearby family-friendly beach.
