The 40th floor room was spacious, quiet, and had a lovely view. The hotel is conveniently attached to a mall with diverse dining options. Steady option for a pleasant stay. 🏨

The stunning views from our room on the 19th floor were absolutely amazing. We were in awe of the beautiful sights right outside our window. The room itself was also spacious and comfortable, providing us with plenty of space to relax and unwind.

Our group of friends loved the convenience of having a modern mall right next to the hotel, with shops and a supermarket that stayed open until 22:00. The amenities were top-notch, including a delicious breakfast and incredibly comfortable, spacious beds. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The MTR station right outside the hotel made it easy for us to explore Hong Kong.

I stayed at this hotel recently and was impressed with its prime location right next to the Popcorn mall in Kowloon East. It was so convenient to have a shopping centre just steps away. Plus, the excellent MTR metro system made it easy for me to explore the city. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a luxurious feel. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided top-notch service and were always willing to assist. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've had in a hotel, with a wide variety of delicious options. The views from the viewing platform on the 30th floor were also a nice bonus.

I did find the gym to be a bit poky, and the pool was unfortunately too cold during my stay.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the convenient location attached to the Popcorn Mall with an MTR station within. The spacious and tastefully decorated rooms on the higher floors offered breathtaking views of the sky, mountains, and city. The breakfast buffet provided a huge variety of international and local dishes, with some items changing daily. The hotel staff was professional, friendly, and courteous, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

The hotel's location next to the MTR shopping centre made transportation a breeze, allowing me to easily navigate the city. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff, especially the cheerful young man who greeted guests, made me feel valued and provided exceptional service. The rooftop bar provided a great view and the pool was clean and inviting. The room was comfortable, the air conditioning was superb, and the overall design was impressive. I also enjoyed the open terrace on level 31.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the exclusive amenities were superb, particularly the Spa and Wellness Centre where we enjoyed relaxing massages. the Outdoor Swimming Pool was also a highlight, with stunning views of the city skyline. the attentive service was top-notch, and the bar/lounge area made for a great evening out.

The only minor downside was the location being a bit far from some of the major attractions. the hotel provided complimentary shuttle bus service to the nearest MTR station, which helped.

the staff at Crowne Plaza were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist me with calling taxis and providing advice on the best transportation options to the airport. I was impressed by the cozy room and the variety of pillow options available on the menu. the world adapter provided in the room was also a nice touch. it was a great experience!
