The hotel was amazing. Generous breakfast. Lounge bar with snacks and tapas. Clean pool area. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location with everything you need.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel is located in a quiet area away from the main tourist attractions, but there are still many great restaurants nearby. You can easily take a cheap cab fare to the city if you want more excitement. The rooms are comfortable with great views of the sea and city. The bathrooms are clean and modern, with excellent showers. The service is friendly and professional, with staff going above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The breakfast is amazing, with a wide selection of top quality food.

Some small details were overlooked by housekeeping, such as forgetting to restock toilet paper and towels.

Our Thanksgiving stay at this hotel was exceptional. We were pleasantly surprised with the complimentary daily snacks and drinks, which were available all day long. the location was perfect, with a metro station, pharmacy and supermarkets within walking distance. we enjoyed the big selection of breakfast items that included fresh fruit, omelettes, pancakes, and cakes.

The room service took a bit too long to arrive after we ordered, and unfortunately, the food was not very tasty. the reception was not always available when we called.

Amazing amenities included with the Level room - complimentary canapés and prosseco, free spa access, and incredible view. Separate check-in and personal approach. Skyview breakfast and lounge, free drinks, great view from suite, and excellent bathroom and bed. Level experience allows quicker check-in and breakfast on level 24. Small pool with enough beds and cabanas, great pool service. Club lounge with beverages and snacks, spacious, modern and clean room with air con. Great value with inclusive breakfast in 2-starred Michelin Restaurant.

We were delighted with the separate check-in at The Level, giving us a personalized experience unlike any other hotel. The skyview breakfast and lounge offered amazing views, and the amenities provided, such as the free drinks and spacious suite, added to our comfort and enjoyment. The bathroom was excellent, the bed was huge, and the flatscreen TV was a nice touch.

The view from the sea view room was nice and the staff on the 24th floor were excellent and professional.

Arrival process was slow and inefficient, had to wait for a long time to check in. Once we finally got to our room, it was not ready and we had to wait even longer.

melia barcelona sky was a pleasant surprise. great city views from floor 21 and a sky bar with complimentary cocktail hour. staff was helpful and taxis readily available. exceeded expectations compared to my previous barcelona stay. overall, a positive experience.
