The location was absolutely incredible, right in the heart of everything. It felt safe even when walking back late at night with children. The staff, especially the ones at the main door, were incredibly friendly. Our room was not noisy at all, even though we were on the busy side of the street, thanks to the closed windows. The taxi service from the airport to the hotel was efficient and cost-effective. The lobby was spacious and beautifully designed, with comfortable sofas to unwind on. We appreciated the availability of tea and coffee in the lobby throughout the day. The reception staff was helpful in recommending activities for the kids, and we had an amazing day at the zoo thanks to their suggestions. The rooftop terrace was stunning, although we didn't get to spend much time there due to the abundance of things to do in the city. The air conditioning in our room worked perfectly, and the family room was spacious and had ample storage space. The view from the balcony onto Gran Via was lovely. we had a fantastic experience in Madrid, thanks to this hotel's excellent location and wonderful amenities.

We had a great experience at Innside. The location was perfect, right in the center of Grand Via and close to shopping, theaters, and attractions. The hotel staff was kind and helpful, and the hotel itself was very clean. We enjoyed the rooftop bar with its nice view. The room had a modern and clean interior, with a spacious bathroom and a great shower. Our 3-night stay was enjoyable, and we would happily stay here again.

As young holiday goers, we loved the central location and proximity to everything. No need for the metro! The small balconies on the 6th floor overlooking Gran Via were a cool touch. The daily refilling soft drinks mini bar included in the room price was a nice perk. The staff, though we didn't interact much, were very friendly and helpful.

Innside, the hotel I stayed at, was conveniently located and had a fantastic breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
