Additionally, it is situated close to Taksim square, offering a bustling atmosphere and a wide range of shops and amenities. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-maintained bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast offered a variety of options, satisfying different tastes. the hotel provided great facilities and advantages that enhanced the guest experience.

There were occasional issues with noise coming through the walls, which could be a bit disruptive.

Complementary wine and chocolates were a nice touch upon arrival. the hotel’s location was central nicely located close to attractions and nearby restaurants. We appreciated the quiet ambience in the courtyard during the evenings.

The room was cramped making it difficult to move around. the bathroom was also claustrophobic with a poorly functioning shower.

I arrived at Nova Plaza Park after a long and tiring journey, and to my relief, I was warmly greeted by the friendly receptionist. She informed me that there was a slight issue with my reservation, but the manager quickly stepped in to resolve the situation. He went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable stay, even offering me an upgrade to a spacious room with a beautiful view. Throughout my stay, the management team showed genuine care and attention to detail, making sure that my needs were met.

Despite a minor issue with the shower drain emitting a strange smell, overall, the cleanliness of the room was commendable. The housekeeping staff did a great job in maintaining the room's cleanliness and ensuring that everything was in order.
