We got great value for our money with a lovely and clean villa at Villas Yaiza. The location was perfect, with shops nearby and a short walk to the Marina. The staff were responsive and even delivered an iron and hairdryer to us promptly. The swimming pool was well-maintained throughout our stay and the beds were comfortable.

The breakfast option could be improved with a wider variety of choices.

Stayed at Villas Yaiza for a week-long holiday. The location was perfect, close to the Marina and plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops. The villa itself was clean, spacious, and had plenty of outdoor space with all-day sunshine. It was well laid out, with all the modern conveniences in excellent working order. The welcome pack provided all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The pool was well-maintained by a friendly and polite maintenance team. one of the best holidays we've ever had!

The villa was very clean and well-maintained, with both outdoor and bathroom towels provided. The owner was very responsive and quick to address any queries or issues that we had.- The location of the villa was fabulous, with easy access to a supermarket and marina where there were plenty of restaurants.

That there were some minor maintenance issues that were not resolved during our stay, such as a collapsing parasol and a lack of plastic outdoor glasses. Another minor inconvenience was that only one bed had been made up upon our arrival, which was not ideal as we were two friends staying together.

The location of the villa was perfect, with the marina and shops just a short stroll away. The spacious house had plenty of natural light and a well-equipped kitchen. The patio area with the small pool was a great spot to relax, and there were plenty of sunbeds available. Additionally, the villa had spacious bedrooms, clean bathrooms, and a comfortable sofa.

One negative aspect was the lack of information in the information booklet provided by the villa.

Great location, close to the marina and shops. The enclosed patio and pool area was south facing, providing a nice sunbathing spot. The spacious interior of the villa with 3 bathrooms was a plus.

The property lacked necessary equipment and amenities. There were not enough mugs, cups, or large glasses.
