We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, with everything spotless and well-maintained. The hotel facilities provided everything we needed and more, from the delicious homemade cake and refreshments to the free Wi-Fi and fresh flowers and towels. The location was perfect, right in the town centre and just a few minutes' walk from the picturedrome. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home throughout our stay.

The location of the hotel was ideal, just a short stroll away from the center of town, which made it convenient to explore the shops and cafes. having parking available was a huge bonus. the lodge itself was absolutely perfect, with its beautiful presentation and spotless cleanliness. the extra touches and welcoming feel made it stand out from other places we've stayed at. the host was friendly and had thought of everything we might need, providing homemade goodies, juice, teas, and coffees, along with toiletries and dressing gowns.

The only issue we encountered was the steep hill leading up to the hotel, which may cause difficulties for some people when walking. Aside from that, there was nothing to complain about during our Christmas stay.

The Lodge" in Holmfirth is a true gem. The location is perfect, just a short stroll into town. The owners, Cathy and George, are incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The decor is lovely, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find delicious treats waiting for us. The entire lodge was spotlessly clean and tidy.
