We were in the perfect location to explore the city on foot, with plenty of great restaurants around us. The staff here were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and we had everything we needed in our comfortable room, including all the amenities we could ask for. We really appreciated the 24-hour room service and the terrace was a great place to relax at the end of the day.

We would definitely recommend this place to our family.

The decor of the hotel was absolutely stunning and I fell in love with it. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. It was situated in a peaceful area of the city, yet still close to major attractions and parks. the beds were comfortable and the rooms had large windows that allowed plenty of natural light in.

That the hotel rooms were a bit too dark for my taste. the dark decor also showed signs of wear and tear more easily.

Good quality bar and restaurant on site, and an outdoor area available to guests. Efficient, friendly staff and very good wifi. Welcoming touches, such as a handwritten card in the room, make this a highly recommended stay.

We stayed at a hotel in a fantastic location. It was close to Metro stations, making it incredibly easy to get around the city and explore all the major landmarks. We were also spoilt for choice when it came to finding good restaurants nearby. The hotel itself was centrally located, so it was always convenient to head back after a day of adventure. The room was comfortable with a well-appointed bathroom, and the service was friendly and attentive. The breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious food, and we even got to enjoy a lovely view from the courtyard lounge.

The hotel, unfortunately, had a noisy elevator that didn't directly reach the higher floors, requiring us to use a second elevator.

The hotel is conveniently located near some government buildings and there are many bars in the area. Despite road blocks during a recent NATO conference, the police presence ensured a safe environment. We were grateful for the assistance of Nasha and Josu, who went above and beyond to help us during our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom had all the necessary amenities. The service provided by the staff was excellent, and they were always friendly and accommodating. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was a great way to start the day. the hotel had a lovely lounge area and a quiet restaurant, providing additional relaxation options.

We also appreciated the late check-out option, allowing us to store our luggage while we made the most of our last day.

The bar wasn't the best, as the staff seemed unsure of some of the drinks. Despite this minor setback, overall, we had a great stay.
