Arrived at the hotel and were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a beautiful room. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we had a nice view of the lake. The staff at the executive lounge were attentive and friendly, making us feel very welcome. We enjoyed observing the local culture in the lively lobby and even got a great haircut at the hotel salon. Despite a few minor hiccups, we had a satisfying stay at this hotel.

Rooms excellent, amenities included, great view. Liked body lotion, smelled great. Dinner and breakfast varied, tasty, plenty of vegetarian options. Friendly staff, well taken care of. our family holiday in colombo was made even more memorable by our recent stay at a hotel. the spacious rooms, amazing views, and clean modern bathrooms exceeded our expectations. not to mention the delicious buffet food, exceptional staff, and great facilities. we can't wait to stay here again.

Music was a little too loud.

The view from the room was stunning with beautiful landscape and a serene lake. The buffet breakfast and dinner had a good variety of dishes and the staff at the restaurant were friendly. We enjoyed the complimentary shuttle service to nearby areas.

The service at the reception was poor, with a lot of confusion and delay in handling requests. The staff were unresponsive and did not seem to care much about ensuring a good experience for guests.

We had the most luxurious stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were amazed by the exclusive amenities and attentive service. The Spa & wellness centre was outstanding, with a variety of treatments and a sauna that left us feeling rejuvenated. The outdoor swimming pool was magnificent, perfect for relaxation under the sun on a sun terrace with comfortable sun loungers. The restaurant had great offerings from in-room breakfast to Special diet menus, and the location advantages made our stay even more enjoyable.

The only minor issue we encountered was the fact that the live entertainment at the night club was a bit too loud and disturbed our sleep. However, this was quickly resolved with a room change to a quieter room, away from the noise.

The value for money was excellent, with a nicely furnished room and great amenities. The lakeside location was perfect and the staff treated me with exceptional care and friendliness throughout my stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the big swimming pool and the spa with its relaxing programs. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, especially Vimal and Supun at the front desk.

We stayed at Cinnamon for three nights from March 23 to 26 and had an absolutely faultless experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with high-quality pillows and duvet cover. The staff, especially Lucky from the 7th-floor lounge, were attentive and helpful. The room service was great, with fresh and delicious food. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and they even provided plastic gloves. The swimming pool was relaxing and not too crowded. The prices of drinks and food were affordable and tasty. The hotel's decor with stunning natural objects added a unique touch. The Thai restaurant staff were also very helpful and accommodating.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
