We had a great time at Citrus Waskaduwa! The room setup and amenities were perfect for our needs. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to the beach. The staff, especially Abirami at the front office, were extremely hospitable and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Despite a few minor issues, the overall experience was enjoyable and we would recommend this hotel.

During my Xmas vacay, the hotel provided a complementary pick-up and a discount on the spa services which I availed. The location was close to a nice beach, and we enjoyed taking long walks along the shore. The staff was helpful in arranging a day trip to a nearby tourist attraction.

The rooms were not clean and lacked basic facilities like towels. The food was mediocre and lacked variety.
