I had a pleasant stay at a hotel in Matara recently. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was very cozy. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach. The staff was friendly and the food was tasty. I would recommend this hotel.

The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The basic amenities are great, and the amazing views from the garden and ocean can be enjoyed all day long. Plus, having breakfast right on the beachfront is a delightful way to start the day.

Good location near bus station, inside fort. Nice restaurant next door. Helpful staff, choice of rooms, clean and comfy. Beachfront view, pool available. Quiet beach, short walk to town.

Great beach access and friendly staff! The hotel is located just a few minutes away from the bus station and a beautiful temple. The staff went above and beyond to help us find a local fisherman for a crocodile spotting boat trip. Plus, the Sri Lankan dishes we ordered were delicious and the cold beer was a treat.

The pool was quite small and not ideal for adults to swim in, as it is mostly used for children's swimming club. , the nearby restaurant used for breakfast and dinner was quite slow in service.
