We decided to stay at this hotel after reading the positive reviews. The location is excellent, just a short walk down the steps to the restaurant for a delicious lunch at 1 o'clock. The room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the Foy River. The staff were warm and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast selection was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The spa facilities were top-notch, particularly the outdoor hot tubs overlooking the Moy river.

The only drawback was the slow service in the bar/restaurant during dinner.

I had a most relaxing morning in the Chill Spa with my daughter, celebrating her special birthday. The beautiful views of the Moy River from our table at lunchtime added to the enjoyable experience. The friendly and helpful staff made our visit even more pleasant. The quality of the food was superb, especially the delicious lunch and dinner. I found the sauna and thermal bath facilities very relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel for a rejuvenating and enjoyable getaway.

During the Christmas period, I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel with fantastic amenities and an exceptional view of the nearby river. the spacious suites were kept clean and tidy, with the staff being both friendly and attentive through the seamless check-in process. Alongside the room, the hotel’s location provided easy access to nearby attractions together with plenty of beautiful scenery to take in. the dining experience was enhanced by the well-prepared selection of food that was available.

While overall the stay was comfortable and enjoyable, there were a couple of minor issues that could have been improved. Unfortunately, there were no complimentary spa facilities despite the cost for the two-night stay.

Our stay at Ice House was simply great. From the warm welcome and helpful staff at reception to the spacious rooms with fantastic riverside views, every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. The handwritten welcome from the hotel manager was a lovely personal touch. We also enjoyed the delicious meals at the restaurant, both for breakfast and dinner. Access to the outdoor hot tub, steam room, and sauna were an added bonus, even if you didn't have a spa appointment. our experience at Ice House was relaxing, enjoyable, and memorable.
