I had a fantastic stay at the Westin resort. The indoor pool was a great alternative when the weather was cold, and the kids' activities kept my little ones entertained. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for families. I highly recommend this hotel for families.

Excellent amenities including gym, pool, and spa. Comfortable rooms with great finishes. Enjoyed mini golf and delightful Chinese restaurant. Superb bedding and luxurious bath tubs. Cocktails at lobby bar are top-notch.

This hotel provides an exceptional level of luxury and relaxation. Their exclusive amenities such as the Spa centre with multiple specialized treatments, the heated pools and outdoor swimming pools surrounded by lush gardens and sun loungers, are stunningly good. the restaurant and bar offer great choices of food and drink with special diet menus available too. The high level of service made us feel very welcome, and the location is perfect for a peaceful getaway. Cons: There was only one minor issue with a delay during check-in, although the staff were very apologetic and courteous.

Had an amazing Christmas with my family at this resort! the facility has everything you could need for a vacation with your kids, from large outdoor pools to a mini-golf course and toys car race track. My kids particularly enjoyed the activity where they could "walk on water" in large plastic bubble balls. the service staff was friendly and accommodating, and we loved the lovely surprise of a gourmet Christmas dinner that was provided.

That the resort could get quite crowded, especially on weekends, which can impact the experience. the presence of mosquitoes made it necessary to use bug spray pretty frequently.
