our second stay in udawalawe was even better than the first. kottawatta river bank resort exceeded our expectations with its unique cabins, attentive staff, and competitive prices for safari tours. we loved spending time on the private decks observing birds and monkeys. an unforgettable experience that we would highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience at the resort. the accommodation was unique and well kept, with beautiful tents and a fantastic outdoor bathroom. the pool was a highlight, and I loved the fish massage. the staff were attentive and the food was brilliant. I also booked a safari through the resort, which was excellent value for money. the drivers were fantastic, ensuring that we were the first to enter the park. As part of a larger group, we even had a special candlelit dinner in the garden, which was truly unforgettable.

Our stay at Kottawatta River Bank Resort was the best hotel experience we had in Sri Lanka. The cabins were lovely, the pool was huge, and the food was delicious. We booked a safari through the resort and had an amazing time, thanks to our knowledgeable driver Tharanga. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel offered great value for the price. We would definitely stay here again!
