The property was situated by a scenic river that added to the overall charm of the location. the staff were friendly and hospitable, making our stay a memorable one. the food served at the hotel was delicious, with a range of options to choose from.

The rooms were slightly outdated which detracted from the overall experience. There was also a bit of a long walk from the rooms to the dining area, which could be inconvenient at times.

The location of the hotel was perfect, close to Kandy city center and situated on the beautiful banks of the Mahaweli river. The room itself was amazing, with comfortable bedding and a spacious bathroom equipped with a shower and jacuzzi bath. The staff provided excellent service, being incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast and dinner options were great, with a choice between a set menu or buffet. it was a luxury experience with breathtaking views and top-notch facilities.

Some guests mentioned having difficulties with the lighting system in the rooms, as there were fewer switches than lights, making it impossible to turn off all the lights at once.
