I had an incredible experience at this hotel! The views from my room were breathtaking, and the wellness facilities exceeded my expectations, especially the spacious spa with multiple saunas. I appreciated the delicious meals served at the restaurant and the thoughtful touch of a candlelight dinner with a lovely hand-written note from the staff, which made my stay feel truly special.

I did find it a bit challenging to connect to the WiFi at times.

this hotel could’ve been fantastic, but alas, the pool water was balmy, bordering on cold. I mean, where's the wellness in that? also, a surly waiter practically ruined my dinner when I requested tap water instead of bottled. i expected an upgrade to compensate for this but got nada, just utterly disappointing!

No air conditioning in the rooms!!! WiFi connectivity issues made it frustrating to stay connected. The early closing time of the wellness area could really use an extension to enhance relaxation options!!! Room designs felt a bit dated.

The spa's 5 saunas were a rejuvenating experience!

The views were sweet as, but the access from the guest house to the main building was a bit of a mission, eh? Otherwise, really enjoyed the relaxing spa vibes!

Had a boss time, la! The spa was proper lush, especially the jaccuzi in the snow. Staff were dead sound, making me feel at home. Bit of a struggle waiting for warm water in the shower, but overall, can’t wait to come back!

The upgrade was a lovely surprise. The candlelight dinner with a handwritten note by Mr Kalt made it even more special,, great food and service in the restaurant and a relaxing lobby with a fireplace for post-hike drinks.

Couldn’t ask for better.

Cozy room, friendly staff, with a delightful breakfast featuring homemade guacamole and hazelnut chocolate cream. A relaxing wellness area with great amenities and a convenient roundtrip airport shuttle service.

There was a slight delay in getting the shower water warm, but it was manageable overall.

We hit the slopes for skiing and enjoyed hiking nearby. The friendly staff welcomed us like family. The wellness area was a highlight, especially the whirlpool. Dinner was top-notch, and our complimentary room upgrade was a nice surprise!

Only downside was the shower took a while to get warm, which was a little annoying after a long day out. Overall, though, it was a solid stay!

This place was amazing for our family! The wellness area was super relaxing, with the kids enjoying the playroom while we took a breather. We loved exploring the nearby hiking paths, and the food was outstanding, really catering to everyone's tastes.

My kids wished the pool water was a bit warmer.

my stay was relaxing and I truly enjoyed the friendly staff and the delicious meals in the restaurant. It was easy to stroll to nearby landmarks like the Swiss National Museum and Chiesa Parrochiale di San Martino which are just a short drive away. I appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of my room, but I did find it a bit hot at times without air conditioning.

We had an amazing time with a group of friends! the food during our stay was simply outstanding, they really catered to our tastes, and it felt like they were going the extra mile, especially the thoughtful dessert platter for the bride-to-be. Also, the staff was incredibly attentive, making sure we had everything we needed without us even having to ask.

It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but the experience was totally worth it.

the wellness area could be a bit crowded at times but the spa is huge with multiple saunas and the pool is amazing. gotta love the outside hot tub. The view during the ridge walk is next level. also, enjoyed the yummy food served at the restaurant.
