I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, right next to a beautiful river where I could relax on the 'beach' by the canal. The hotel provided bicycles for free, which made it so comfortable to get around without using public transport. The staff was incredibly friendly and the service was top-notch. The room was clean and had all the amenities I needed, including a mini-bar and a terrace where I could enjoy the view. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. this place exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and quality.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by two key factors. the location was fantastic. Being in the heart of the city center, it was just a short walk to all the Christmas markets and festive attractions. Secondly, the staff were friendly and accommodating. They were always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations.

There were a few aspects that I didn't quite appreciate. the heating in my room was inadequate.

The hotel had a great breakfast with a lot of options to choose from. the location was also very convenient, within walking distance to public transportation and close to the city center.

The rooms were quite small and dark, giving off a cramped feeling. the restaurant was also a disappointment with overpriced items on the menu.
