I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, right next to a beautiful river where I could relax on the 'beach' by the canal. The hotel provided bicycles for free, which made it so comfortable to get around without using public transport. The staff was incredibly friendly and the service was top-notch. The room was clean and had all the amenities I needed, including a mini-bar and a terrace where I could enjoy the view. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. this place exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and quality.

Great value for money with spacious rooms and helpful staff. The hotel's location by the canal and close proximity to the city center and train station was perfect for exploring. The breakfast spread was delicious and the restaurant exceeded my expectations.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast offerings better would be to have more options for early checkout guests.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by two key factors. the location was fantastic. Being in the heart of the city center, it was just a short walk to all the Christmas markets and festive attractions. Secondly, the staff were friendly and accommodating. They were always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations.

There were a few aspects that I didn't quite appreciate. the heating in my room was inadequate.

The rooms were quite small and dark, giving off a cramped feeling. The restaurant was also a disappointment with overpriced items on the menu.
