comfy rooms and great staff

Really loved the location and how clean everything was. The rooms were spacious, very comfy beds, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a nice variety and was pretty good. Just wish they would clean the rooms daily since we were there for a few nights.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The moment we walked in, we were impressed by its nice, clean, and modern feel. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and courteous. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We loved the audiovisual center in the room, which made it convenient to review our vacation videos on the big screen TV. The room also had a nice desk and snack area with a small refrigerator and coffee machine. Additionally, the hotel's location near shops and restaurants was perfect for us. We were able to explore the vibrant area of the town with its fantastic atmosphere, bustling with people of all ages. We particularly enjoyed the nearby Fegley's Brew Works, which had delicious food and beer.

For the price we paid, we got amazing value with a surprisingly large and clean room. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk away from the charming part of town. The staff at Hyatt Place Bethlehem-Downtown were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel like VIP guests throughout our stay.

The one thing that could have made the menu for breakfast better would be having some bottles of water in the fridge.

This hotel is in a great old downtown area, right near Bethlehem's thriving nightlife. It's the best place to see all of historic Main Street. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are kept very clean. We loved staying on the top floor, where we had a spacious sitting area and a separate sink and mirror from the toilet and shower. The breakfast was included in our rate and at a very reasonable price too. They had substantial food options and served terrific coffee.

Liked the cleanliness and quietness of the hotel. the breakfast was amazing, with a variety of options including gluten, free cereal, fresh fruit, and delicious cinnamon pull, apart bread. the hotel is in a great location, close to many restaurants and attractions. Also, the room was very spacious, exceeding our expectations for a Hyatt Place hotel.

Disliked the parking situation, having to park in a garage across the street and carry everything back to the hotel. Also, forgot to get our tickets validated twice, causing inconvenience.
