I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was comfortable and modern, and the staff was super friendly. The location was perfect, just a couple of blocks away from a great shopping and dining area.

The breakfast selection could be improved with more fresh food options.

For the price we paid, we got amazing value with a surprisingly large and clean room. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk away from the charming part of town. The staff at Hyatt Place Bethlehem-Downtown were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel like VIP guests throughout our stay.

The one thing that could have made the menu for breakfast better would be having some bottles of water in the fridge.

We had a very comfortable and great priced room at Hyatt Place. Despite a long and stressful drive, the welcoming staff and spacious room helped us relax. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with nice options and surprisingly good coffee. I would recommend this hotel.

Beautifully decorated hotel, comfortable beds and sofas, real ceramic coffee cups, huge TVs with multiple connectors, cooked breakfast.

Really loved the location and how clean everything was. The rooms were spacious, very comfy beds, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a nice variety and was pretty good. Just wish they would clean the rooms daily since we were there for a few nights.
