We had the most uplifting experience at Upper House. From the moment we checked in until we checked out, the staff was kind, friendly, and welcoming. They truly made us feel like valued guests. the spacious and quiet room with a comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep. the luxurious bathroom with floor heating added an extra touch of luxury. the amazing breakfast, with its à la carte menu and high-quality products, was a perfect start to the day. the breathtaking view from the top floors was simply stunning. And let's not forget about the spa area, which elevated our stay even further. We can't wait to return!

Spent a lovely new year in a hotel with amazing views. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, who even offered help with our luggage. the room was cozy and comfortable, with a fully-equipped bathroom and a stunning view from the window. the breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of food to choose from. the location was also perfect, right in the heart of the city.

The service at the hotel was fantastic, but there were a couple of minor inconveniences. the TV room service menu had a few mistakes that caused some confusion.

The location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance to shopping districts, restaurants, and a popular amusement park. The views from the hotel are amazing, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with modern bathrooms. The service is attentive and friendly, and the breakfast offers a good selection of delicious food. The spa is a highlight with its saunas, swimming pools, and stunning glass-bottomed pool on a high floor. it's a 5-star experience that I would happily return to.

We had an amazing stay in a room right next to the tram stop, making it super convenient for exploring the city. The hotel is located in an interesting area, with plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from. We also had access to the public areas of the neighboring Gothia Towers, which was a nice bonus. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a modern bathroom and excellent service from the friendly staff. The breakfast offered a great selection of delicious options. Plus, the view from our room was breathtaking!

There were some small issues with the elevator timing, which caused a little inconvenience.

We arrived late at night but were pleasantly surprised to find tube complimentary presented at spa check-in. The location was a little outside the city centre, but the views were stunning. The room was spacious, with a huge comfortable bed and luxurious bathroom with underfloor heating. The service was exceptional, with personalized touches throughout our stay. The breakfast was a real treat, with a delicious buffet and al-a-carte options. The spa was a highlight, with an outdoor Jacuzzi pool and relaxing amenities. a truly relaxing and pampering experience.

The hotel could improve their sustainability efforts by providing mini selective garbage in the room for recycling.

The location is perfect, just across from the amusement park, yet quiet enough to have a good night's sleep. the breathtaking view from the room was simply amazing, and the comfortable beds ensured a luxurious stay.

The breakfast menu was a bit limited, with no options for plant-based diets. the personalized and service-minded staff more than made up for it.
