During my Christmas stay, the hotel was in a fantastic location, right in the center of a small Swiss village. the rooms were cozy and we had a stunning view from our top floor room of the snow-covered mountains.

The service at the hotel was not up to par. the staff seemed disinterested in our needs and didn't seem to care about our holiday experience.
