I had a delightful 3-night stay at Hyatt Place Dallas/Rockwall! The Standard Queen Room with Two Queen Beds and Sofa Bed was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. The lobby was beautiful, and the excellent front desk staff, especially the two gentlemen bartenders, were incredibly personable and made me feel welcome. It's also great to have air conditioning and free WiFi, which came in handy during my visit.

The only downside was the limited food variety available in the evening.

I had a fantastic 2-night stay at the Hyatt Place Dallas/Rockwall. My room was equipped with air conditioning and had a cozy sofa that made it feel comfortable and spacious. The staff was very professional, which made checking in and out a breeze. Plus, I enjoyed having free WiFi throughout my stay! I also appreciated the private bathroom, making things very convenient for my family.

The connecting rooms I requested were not available.

Some guests faced noise disturbances and issues with maintenance response times. A bit more attention to detail could go a long way!

It's frustrating to experience inconsistent housekeeping services!!! The noise disturbances from neighboring rooms are certainly not ideal for a peaceful stay!!! How about improving communication regarding reservations and reducing those long wait times at the front desk?

Our room was spacious and clean, perfect for our family getaway! Loved the cozy atmosphere and the cool features in the bathroom. Plus, the lobby was delightful, making for a lovely hangout spot.

The breakfast timing was a bit late for early risers like us—630 am? Come on! And don't get me started on the frozen milk. I prefer my cereal not served on ice.

The breakfast was excellent, featuring delicious Bernese sausages and a great variety suitable for all dietary preferences, making every morning enjoyable. However, I encountered some noise disturbances from neighboring rooms, which affected my stay. Additionally, I wished for more towels to be available upon arrival, as managing with fewer towels can be inconvenient, especially during a longer stay.

I really enjoyed the excellent breakfast with a variety of tasty options for everyone, along with the cozy vibe that made mornings more pleasant. The outdoor swimming pool was a nice spot to relax, and the sun loungers were super inviting after a day of exploring. I wish they had more towels available in the room on arrival, but it didn’t ruin the overall experience. 😊
