The value for money at the hotel was exceptional and the room was spacious and comfortable, with a great kitchenette and a beautiful view from the balcony. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the train station, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

One small improvement that could be made for breakfast is the seating arrangement. It would have been nice if the staff had allowed us to sit by the window, especially since it was my partner's birthday.

I recently stayed at Hotel Arca Solebad & Spa in Zermatt for a week-long hiking trip. The location was perfect, just a 7-minute walk from the train station in a quiet area away from the center. I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a room with a stunning view of the Matterhorn. The staff, from reception to cleaners, were extremely friendly and helpful. The spa facilities, including the saltwater swimming pool, hammam, and sauna, were a much-needed treat after a day of hiking. The breakfast was delicious, and I loved the idea of a cheese display.

The hotel had some good complementary items that we took advantage of during our city trip. The two shower rooms were a nice touch and made it easy for our group to get ready in the morning. the staff was very kind and offered to send us to the nearby station with our luggage, which was greatly appreciated. The location was also convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions.

There were also some negative aspects to our stay. The room was quite small and cramped, making it difficult for our group to move around comfortably.

They even recommended a ski hire shop and provided advice for our little ones. The Deluxe Suite with a Matterhorn view had ample space, comfortable beds, and two bathrooms. The kitchenette had everything we needed, and the rooms were clean with quality furnishings. Breakfast was a treat, and the overall facilities were excellent.

I loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect - right next to the train station and just a short walk to the ski lifts. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the rooms were amazing: with a huge balcony overlooking the surrounding mountains and a view to Matterhorn. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, with 17 cheese selections and even some Asian dishes on offer.

The location was excellent, just a short walk from the train station but still quiet at night for a good night's sleep. The staff were extremely friendly and the breakfast was excellent. We also appreciated the extra services like luggage storage and a small kitchen in the room. it felt like a home away from home!

We loved the warm pool, sauna, and hammam. The breakfast was generous with many tasty choices. The welcoming was great, and the electric car pick-up from the station was a nice touch.
