Pros: Excellent location. Just a short walk from Broadway. Room was spacious, clean, and equipped with good amenities. The shower was a highlight; the mattress, very comfortable. Friendly staff, especially Tammy. Cons: The breakfast was disappointing. Limited options and the use of plastic utensils felt cheap. Check-in confusion led to a last-minute taxi to my show. Staff seemed overwhelmed at times, creating avoidable frustrations. Cleanliness issues in the room were concerning. The neighborhood felt a bit sketchy. For $900 over four nights, I expected more. This could be a great stay with improved service and breakfast variety. Just needs focused attention on the details that matter.

I really enjoyed how easy it was to walk to downtown Nashville with Broadway just under a kilometer away, and I loved visiting nearby gems like the Music City Walk of Fame Park and the Frist Art Museum which were all within a pleasant stroll, plus the hotel itself was spacious and featured a lobby that made me feel welcome; however, the breakfast options could use a little improvement, as I found them lacking in freshness.

Rooms were clean, and the staff were genuinely pleasant. Such a short walk to downtown, too—just eight blocks. The gym? Absolutely top-notch; hands-down the best I've encountered. Late check-out was accommodated quickly, which was a big plus. Breakfast needs improvement—long lines, often ran out of items, and cleanliness was lacking. One elevator was working during my stay, which made navigating a bit slow. Still, the room’s kitchenette and extra space were well worth the price. A mixed bag overall but would consider staying again.

The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the music halls and attractions. Despite a few check-in hiccups, the friendly staff and excellent breakfast made our experience memorable.

The breakfast was generous and had so many great options! My room had a super handy kitchen area and a 360-degree TV, making it easy to watch from anywhere. Plus, the location was perfect for walking to downtown or a quick drive to the airport.

The location was superb, making it easy to explore. The manager, Kelvin Butler, provided exceptional service, enhancing our celebration. The room was spacious and spotless. Breakfast was tasty, but extending the hours would cater to those who enjoy a relaxed morning routine.

The King room suite provided ample space with a useful kitchenette, including real dishes and silverware, perfect for a long stay. the room felt stuffy and warm, as the air conditioner was not functioning well. The bed was slightly short-sheeted, which affected comfort. Noise was an issue, especially with early morning disruptions from housekeeping and alarms. While the hotel offered good prices and a decent breakfast spread, cleanliness issues and delayed room servicing detracted significantly from our experience. Quick accommodation requests were handled well, but the maintenance staff’s delay with our safe was frustrating.
