The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking, with the Matterhorn and the Alps in full glory. The spacious room had floor-to-ceiling windows that allowed me to wake up to this stunning view every morning. The bathroom had a luxurious bath and plenty of space for all my toiletries. The indoor pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna in the spa area were a perfect way to relax after a long day. The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was ideal, with a quick lift ride down to the main town area. The breakfast spread provided a variety of options and the beautiful views of the town and Matterhorn made it even more enjoyable.

While the hotel had a dated vibe, it was still clean and well-maintained. The shower head in the bathroom was fixed in an inconvenient position, making it difficult to stand directly under it.

The location was perfect for our family ski trip, with easy access to the Zermatt-Sunnegga Funicular and Sunnegga Ski Resort. The lift to the village centre was also very convenient, especially with our young children in tow. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rustic charm of the hotel added to the overall experience, and we enjoyed breathtaking views of the Matterhorn from our balcony. It was a memorable and enjoyable stay for the whole family.

My wife says that the breakfast could have started a bit earlier at 7am, allowing us more time to hit the slopes early.

The view was stunning, overlooking the city and the mountains. The hotel provided a free shuttle service from the train station, making it easy to reach. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel had great facilities, including a pool and sauna. The breakfast was delicious.

We were pleasantly surprised by the scenic view from our room, overlooking Zermatt and Marathon. The location was convenient, with a shortcut through an elevator and tunnel that led us to the train station and main shopping street in just a few minutes. The friendly and supportive staff made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also had a great breakfast spread and a convenient elevator that took us directly to the city streets of Zermatt. This hotel is a hidden gem, located on the hill just above the centre of the village. The rooms with the view of the Matterhorn while laid in bed are stunning. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every guest has a personalized, enjoyable stay. The complementary bottle of water was refreshing, and the internet service was efficient. the hotel was located in a central area, nearby many shops and restaurants. the best aspect was the view from the balcony, the panorama of the mountains and the valley was breathtaking.

The bed made noises every time I moved, and the walls were not soundproof, so I could hear my neighbours talking at night. the worst aspect was the cleaning service, they forgot to change my towels and the trash bin from my room.
