My partner and I absolutely loved our romantic escape here. the location was fantastic, with stunning views of the lake and the buzzing city center right at our doorstep. Our room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed, including a kettle and Nespresso machine. the attention from the staff was outstanding. An added bonus was the free tourist card that allowed us to explore the city and enjoy boat trips and museum visits.

While our room was comfortable and clean, the furnishings did seem a bit dated. However, this didn't take away from our overall experience as the location and exceptional service more than made up for it.

We had an exceptional dining experience at the Veranda Bar, where the service provided by our waiter, Tevin, was simply amazing. Despite a full terrace, he ensured we were well taken care of. The food was delicious and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. A big thank you to Tevin and the rest of the team!

The location couldn't be better, right at the lake of Neuchâtel, offering breathtaking views of the sparkling water and the majestic Alps. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and luxurious amenities. The bathroom is well-appointed, with top-notch toiletries provided. The service is outstanding, with friendly and helpful staff always ready to assist. The breakfast selection is varied and delicious, with small dishes in separate glasses, allowing for a mindful and clean dining experience. A dedicated parking area ensures convenience for guests with a vehicle.

One minor drawback is that the restaurant staff may sometimes struggle to explain the intricacies of the delightful dishes served, potentially detracting from the overall culinary experience.

I had a great stay at Beau Rivage in Neuchatel. I was in town for a weekend getaway and found the location to be perfect, with beautiful lake and city views. Parking my large van right in front of the hotel was convenient. The free room upgrade was a nice surprise, and I appreciated the complimentary bottle of water and Nespresso in the room. The internet connection was reliable, and the included Neuchatel tourist card provided excellent value, allowing me to visit museums and take a boat trip. The outstanding cheeseburger in the restaurant and the friendly and helpful service from all the staff made my stay even more enjoyable.

This hotel provided an exceptional luxury experience. the exclusive amenities were outstanding and our needs were fulfilled. the spa and wellness centre is a must, visit with impeccable service. the live entertainment and karaoke added a unique touch to our stay. the garden area was well, maintained and peaceful. the restaurant served delicious food with an extensive menu. the in, room breakfast was delightful and packed lunches were a convenient option. the private facilities were truly exclusive. the hotel's location advantages allowed us to explore the city with ease.

The only minor issue we encountered was the slow service at the bar/lounge area. this did not impact our overall experience at the venue.
