What a gem of a spot! Chilled by the lake sipping drinks, and the staff were just too lekker – they even got the chef to whip me up some French onion soup when I couldn’t find it anywhere. Plus, the brekkie was a proper treat after a comfy night’s sleep!

The hotel offers exceptional lake views, and the outdoor café ambiance with live piano music truly enhances the experience.

While the rooms were clean and well-appointed, breakfast ended at 10 am, which felt too early for a relaxed holiday stay.

The valet parking could use better management, as some vehicles suffered damage without resolution!!! The restaurant prices are outrageous compared to local options!!! The air conditioning needs improvement, as rooms can get uncomfortably hot!!!

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the breakfast hours, as it ended at 10 am, which felt too early for a leisurely vacation. Additionally, the shower head in our bathroom was clogged with lime scale, affecting the water pressure and overall experience. Lastly, we found the parking fees to be a bit excessive for the overall value provided during our stay.

the reception staff could've been a bit more welcoming. but the location is perfect! ! facing the lake, super spacious room with a balcony! very good food at the restaurant and the cocktails were excellent!
