I was impressed by the modern and clean room at CitizenM. The room had all the amenities I needed, including a TV, fridge, laptop safe, desk, and chair. The shower and toilet unit with glass walls added a touch of sophistication. The room was also well-insulated, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep without any noise disruptions. The location of the hotel in the heart of Geneva's shopping district was a major plus. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and always ready to assist.

I had a good experience at CitizenM Geneva. Although there were a few minor glitches in my room, the housekeeping and maintenance staff promptly addressed them.

Great location in the heart of Geneva, close to the old town and minutes away from the lake. Comfortable beds and pillows, with a beautiful view of Molard Square. Friendly staff and good value for a city like Geneva.

The hotel is excellently located in the heart of the city with easy access to public transportation. The rooms are well-designed with attention to detail and feature a queen size bed, an iPad, and a great view. The breakfast options are varied and delicious.

Despite the overall great stay, some aspects of the basic amenities could be improved upon.

We loved staying at this hotel - it was an amazing experience. the location couldn't be better - right in the heart of the city center and close to everything. Additionally, the room amenities were great, especially the air conditioning and free toiletries. We also enjoyed the dining restaurant and bar/lounge area which provided a cozy atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay all the more pleasant.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests or questions. the facilities were also impressive, with a well-stocked bar that was open round the clock. the hotel's location was a major plus, as it was conveniently situated close to all the main attractions and amenities in the area.

the sound isolation in the room was not great, leading to some noise disturbances at night. the size of the room was a bit cramped and could have been more spacious.

The hotel is ideally situated in the town, making it very easy to get around. It's very close to a big bus station and in walking distance from all the main sights of the city. It's right in the center of the action, surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants. The service is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and the rooms are very clean and quiet at night.

There was one small inconvenience during our stay that detracted from an otherwise great experience. The bathroom sink was located in the bedroom, which was a bit unusual.

Great breakfast with a barista and plenty of options. Enjoyed the sustainability initiative where choosing not to clean your room for a day helps the local community. the hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the shopping district.

The rooms are on the smaller side, with odd features like the sink outside of the bathroom making it seem like they were trying too hard to be hip. Staff can be hit or miss with some not particularly friendly.
