The Crans Ambassador offers stunning mountain views and a lovely terrace for enjoying drinks. The skishop provides excellent ski equipment and even warms your skis and boots in the morning. The spa and restaurant also offer beautiful views.

Felt right at home, no complaints!

The mountain views were breathtaking and the food was delicious. the location was great too, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities.

Other guests were smoking and the smell and smoke kept coming into our room whenever we opened the door. It was really annoying and made it hard for us to fully enjoy the beautiful scenery outside.

Located near the city centre, Crans Ambassador offers convenient access to the valley and the Funicular Station. The rooms are comfortable and silent, providing a relaxing stay. The breakfast is excellent and the staff is friendly and helpful. Guests can enjoy the pool, spa, and well-equipped gym facilities. Additionally, ski hire is available within the hotel, making it easy to hit the slopes.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its exclusive and luxurious amenities. From the indoor swimming pool to the Sauna, the Spa & wellness centre fulfilled all our relaxation needs. the massage we received was exceptional, and the Spa lounge and treatment room were well-designed and comfortable. We enjoyed the seasonal indoor pool and appreciated the sun loungers on the sun terrace.

The only minor issue was that the in-room breakfast was sometimes incomplete. the staff promptly provided us with the missing items upon our request.
