The location is perfect - it's situated in a calm and serene area, offering a peaceful retreat away from the bustling tourist town of Interlaken. From here, I was able to easily explore the surrounding areas and take in the stunning views of the Berner Oberland.

The mountain view from our apartment was breathtaking! It had a cozy chalet vibe with a master bedroom, a small room for our teenage boy, a kitchenette, and a terrace. The hotel staff were very accommodating and nice. The breakfast restaurant had wide glass windows, making our meals even more memorable.

The staff, especially at check-out, were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and we even got a welcome drink! The spa was very well appointed and included a sauna, steam room, and swimming pool. The garden area was beautiful and even had sun loungers.

The hotel's location, just seconds away from the bus stop station, made it convenient for exploring the area. The meals were delicious, and the facilities were well-equipped. The sauna was absolutely amazing and the spa facilities were top-notch. The location of the hotel is perfect, with just a short 10-minute walk to the cable cars for skiing and snowboarding. Each room faces the beautiful lake, offering magnificent views. And if you have a car, this hotel is in a great location. the hotel was beautiful and I will definitely be coming back.

While the location of this hotel may not be convenient for some, as it is up in the mountains and requires driving on a narrow, winding road, the bonus is that you get an absolutely spectacular view from above. Additionally, there is no luggage service and room service requires you to go to the restaurant to place your order.

We had a great weekend at this hotel with our friends and kids. the location was perfect, very close to Interlaken. the view from our room, the lobby, and the restaurant was absolutely stunning. All the rooms had a beautiful mountain and lake view. the breakfast was delicious, with live kitchen cooking tasty omelets. the staff were friendly and professional, and they were especially great with the children. We appreciated the special menus and the toys provided for the kids. the pool was also a hit with both the kids and adults.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. there were some hidden costs for children that weren't mentioned during the reservation process, which made the hotel more expensive than expected.
