We recently stayed at a stunning hotel in a beautiful Swiss town for a romantic escape. The gardens and pool area were breathtakingly beautiful and well-maintained, providing the perfect backdrop for a relaxing and peaceful getaway. We also enjoyed complimentary bicycles to explore the surrounding area, which was a lovely touch. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome and special throughout our stay.

That the rooms were not as luxurious as we had hoped for the price we paid. The third bed in our room was also quite uncomfortable, which was disappointing. Moreover, there were quite a few families with young children during our stay, which made the pool area loud and chaotic at times. our experience was positive, and we would recommend this hotel to others looking for a peaceful and romantic escape.

We enjoyed exclusive amenities like the impressive spa and wellness centre that had multiple indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, steam room, and even a Turkish bath. the service was exceptional, with attentive staff catering to our every need. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were a highlight of our stay, providing relaxation in the beautiful garden area. the restaurant offered delicious meals with options for special diets.

this was outweighed by the incredible experience we had at the hotel.
