As business travelers, we absolutely loved the attentive and friendly staff at the Helmhaus. The receptionist and the younger girl were both charming and provided great service. The breakfast lady made sure everything was full and the coffee was delicious and hot. The hotel also offers an amazing service where they bring anything you need to your room for free, such as a kettle, toothpaste, or a different pillow. The location in the Old Town was perfect, and the rooms had a fresh and lovely smell. the staff, attitude, location, and amenities were fantastic.

This place is in a great location, right in the heart of the old center. I loved being able to walk everywhere and explore the beautiful lakefront and steep hills for some exercise. The hotel staff provided excellent service, from the room service to the housekeeping. They were very friendly and gave me professional advice whenever I had questions. The hotel room was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, including a mini-bar and a safe. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious, and I enjoyed starting my day with a cup of coffee and a newspaper.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

During my recent stay at Boutique Hotel Helmhaus, I was amazed by their attention to detail and exceptional service. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, with all the main attractions within walking distance. I especially loved the fact that they offered a late check-out, allowing us to explore the city a bit more before our flight. The rooms were warm, cosy, and well-equipped, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast, despite being limited for vegetarians like us, was still excellent. I had a fantastic experience at Boutique Hotel Helmhaus and I would definitely consider staying there again in the future.

My only minor complaint would be that the air conditioning could have been cooler. However, this did not significantly affect my overall experience at the hotel.

New Year's stay at this hotel was amazing! the rooms were beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious. the beds were comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. Secondly, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. the hotel's prime location was also a major advantage, with easy access to major landmarks and the nearby lake.

One downside was that the rooms did not include a complimentary bottle of water, which is a standard amenity in hotels of this caliber. Additionally, it would have been helpful to receive information about parking before our arrival to avoid any confusion and inconvenience of driving into the pedestrian area.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing us with a map and detailed information about the nearby Christmas markets. the room itself was beautiful and spacious, and we enjoyed a quiet and comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city and find nearby restaurants and cafes.

The bathroom in our room was quite small. Additionally, there was some early morning noise from staff in the attic, which caused us to be awakened earlier than we had hoped.

The breakfast room was bright and clean, with a wide selection of food including delicious fried bacon. the service was top-notch, and we would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Almost perfect. The only issue was that the linens in my room were not completely clean. There were blood stains on the mattress protector and pillowcase.

As a disabled guest, I appreciated the comfortable and quiet room on the 5th floor. The hotel had excellent cleanliness and a convenient location near the lake promenade. The friendly staff, especially the reception manager, made my stay enjoyable. The room had a dedicated air-conditioner, and I also received facilities for tea/coffee. The TV had a wide range of channels in multiple languages.
