I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of the Swiss Alps. The location was perfect, with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easy to explore the nearby town and access the Matterhorn Express gondola. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel had great facilities and advantages, such as a small kitchenette and a spa on site.

That the sauna was quite outdated and crowded, which limited the relaxation experience.

Amazing penthouse apartment with clean, spacious rooms and beautiful Matterhorn views. Balcony perfect for enjoying sunset drinks. Warm and welcoming staff, great service. Spa facilities and massages were a nice bonus. a fantastic stay.

This hotel in Zermatt exceeded all my expectations. It offered great value for money with its affordable prices. The attention to detail was remarkable. I especially loved the rooms with an amazing view of the Matterhorn. Waking up and seeing the majestic mountain just in front of the window was a truly breathtaking experience. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, with wonderful views of the Matterhorn from my bed and easy access to the ski lift and nearby bus stop. And to top it off, breakfast was included, providing a delicious start to each day.

All was perfect, no room for improvement.

The view from my hotel room was breathtaking, with a stunningly beautiful mountain right in front of me. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which was served promptly and had a great range of options. The hotel's location was also ideal, not too far from the town center and convenient for getting around.

That the hotel was a bit far from some of the main attractions in the city. , the room was not as spacious as I would have liked, but it was clean and cozy.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The parking space available was a great convenience for us. The location of the hotel, close to a tram stop, made it incredibly easy for us to travel into the city center.
