I had a truly amazing stay at this hotel. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic view of the mountains from the balcony - absolutely breathtaking! Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. And lastly, the breakfast included was delicious and offered a good variety of options to start the day off right.

No major issues, everything was more than acceptable.

As a disabled person, I appreciated the excellent service from the reception staff. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs throughout my stay.

The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, offering a wide variety of freshly baked bread, pastries, fruits, and cereals. It was a great start to the day. the location of the hotel was also excellent, offering easy access to nearby attractions and transportation options. the staff at the hotel were very helpful and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The bathroom had a loud extractor fan that was a bit annoying when using the main toilet light. However, we were able to manage by using the mirror light instead.

Complementary hot cocoa and cookies offered on arrival. Excellent location with breathtaking mountain views. the complimentary shuttle bus to the nearby airport was a real treat and saved us a lot of time and hassle.

The price of the stay was a tad too high considering the limited facilities that were offered. the hotel could have offered a wider range of activities to choose from, especially during thanksgiving.

This hotel is conveniently located along the main road, making it easy to reach the train station and cable car within minutes. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with some offering great mountain views from the balcony. The bathroom facilities are well-maintained, with heated floors in some rooms. The breakfast selection is good and the staff are friendly and helpful. Free parking nearby is a bonus.

The lack of wifi in the rooms could be improved for the price charged.

We had a wonderful time at Hotel Hirschen! The friendly staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of options to choose from. The view from our balcony was breathtaking, offering a glimpse of the beautiful mountains. We appreciated the energy-saving feature of using our key card to activate the lights and plugs. a great experience!

Our stay at Hotel Hirschen was a great value for our money. The room was clean and bright, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The staff, especially Christine at the front desk, treated us exceptionally well, going out of their way to make our trip memorable.

Stellar Location, Very Clean, Excellent Breakfast

We loved our stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely fantastic, with the bus stop just a building away and the gondola only a three-minute walk. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the beds comfortable. The highlight of our stay was definitely the delicious breakfast, with a great selection of fresh breads, cheeses, and eggs. The staff was helpful and even sold us our ski passes at the desk. Although we wished there was a hot tub, we were still very pleased with our overall experience. We would highly recommend this hotel for its amazing location and value. we had a wonderful time at Hirschen!
