During my stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel, I was impressed with the level of comfort and quality service provided. The room, a spacious suite, was fully furnished and tastefully designed. It had ample storage space and a cozy sitting area. The staff, who were professional and easy to communicate with, made me feel welcome and well taken care of. The highlight of my stay was the gourmet restaurant upstairs, where I enjoyed excellent meals that exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for both skiing and exploring downtown, offering easy access to various shops and commercial services.

Not one thing.

We spent our Christmas in a hotel in the Swiss Alps, and the location was perfect! We could easily access the train station and gondola lifts. the views were breathtaking and serene, which added to the ambiance. the half-board meals were delicious and fresh. We appreciated the friendly staff and their attention to detail.

The hotel was outdated and in desperate need of renovations. the furniture was old and uncomfortable, and the beds were stiff.

I had the most peaceful rest in the Swiss Alps at Hotel Alpenrose. The suite I stayed in was luxurious and fully furnished, offering plenty of space to relax. The owners and staff were professional and always available for a friendly chat. The half board meals provided were excellent, and the restaurant staff ensured that I had a memorable dining experience.

Although the mattress had a firm side, it was still too soft for my liking. The hotel could also benefit from adding some international, non-German language channels to the satellite TV choices.

The location of this hotel is excellent, with easy access to downtown and close proximity to skiing in the Saanen area. The restaurant upstairs offers a high level of service and the breakfast is of a great standard. The room is in an attractive chalet style, with a quiet atmosphere due to the masonry structure beneath. The bathroom has intelligent features, including a foldable glass shower screen. The traditional wood shutters add a unique touch and keep out the sunrise well.

The service at the table was a catastrophe, with chaotic service personnel and a disorganized chef de rang.
