I recently had a great stay at a hotel by the river. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, even changing my room to a quieter corner. The location was fantastic, with well-kept grounds and a clean and sanitized room. The breakfast selection was good, though the scrambled eggs were a bit overcooked. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the basic amenities provided were sufficient. One standout feature was the almost full-sized kitchen, complete with a fridge, stove, sink, and microwave. It would have been perfect for longer stays. Additionally, the availability of four luggage carts was a welcome convenience.

Everything was fine and there was nothing major to complain about.

The rooms were impeccably clean and the bathroom was on par with high-end casinos we have stayed in before. the addition of a kitchen was a nice touch, allowing us to prepare our own meals. We were also impressed with the quality of the television and the stunning river view from our room.

One minor drawback was the spotty and unreliable WIFI, which could be frustrating at times. Additionally, the microwave in our room was not functional and seemed to have been damaged in a previous incident.

The staff was accommodating, moving me to a corner room on the 1st floor. The 2 bedroom suite was spacious with a full kitchen. The view of the river was a bonus. Clean room, top-notch staff, and great location.

The staff at Towneplace Suites were extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. One staff member even moved us to a more peaceful corner room on the first floor. The building, both inside and outside, was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast bar was impressive and the pool was clean. The local artwork in our room added a nice touch, and the couch was exceptionally comfortable. The walk-in shower was also a highlight.

During my Christmas stay the amenities of the hotel were fantastic. the laundry service was incredibly helpful and convenient, especially since I was traveling with my partner. the complimentary secure computer was a lifesaver since we didn't have access to our phones without incurring expensive fees. the hotel's location was perfect, making it easy to navigate the surrounding areas.

We encountered issues with housekeeping not properly servicing our room and had to request new towels ourselves. the noise levels were quite high and kept us up throughout the night.
