I had the most amazing stay at a gem of a hotel in Zermatt. The staff at Daniela were so welcoming and helpful. The attention to detail in the room was outstanding, from the single rose to the block of Swiss chocolate. The room itself was comfortable with a balcony and the modern bathroom was clean. The breakfast spread was outstanding, with a huge variety for every taste. The staff, especially Claudia, made sure we had a great start to the day with delicious coffee. The views of the surrounding mountains were breathtaking, and some rooms even faced the Matterhorn. The hotel also offered free transportation from the station and back, which was really convenient. I highly recommend Daniela for its excellent value for money and lovely family-run atmosphere.

Exceptional Hospitality and Comfort

During our stay at Hotel Daniela, we experienced the most exceptional hospitality and comfort. The receptionist warmly welcomed us and provided us with detailed information about Zermatt, including tips on ski passes, buses, and dinner spots. Their knowledge and attitude were fantastic. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful porter who not only assisted with our luggage but also offered to pick us up from the station. The room was immaculately clean, well-appointed, and the bed was super comfortable. We particularly appreciated the ski lockers with heated rods for drying our boots.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The staff were exceptionally nice and very helpful. The hotel facilities were amazing in the unreal town we visited, and it was worth the extra steps to get to the hotel. The location of the hotel was perfect, being off the main business of the city center but within easy walking distance to it. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a wide variety of choices. our experience here was wonderful.

The hotel's cozy and warm atmosphere is perfect for couples and families. The connecting rooms make it convenient for families. Transfer from the train station is included, and the new spa is beautiful. The breakfast offers a great selection of local food. Room upgrades and views of the Matterhorn are possible. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there are delicious dining options at sister hotels.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The location of this place is just perfect, it is conveniently located near the train station in Zermatt, making it easy to get around and explore the city. The service provided here is top-notch, from the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room service was excellent and the staff made sure that all my needs were met. The hotel also offers a wide range of amenities such as bicycle hire and shops for your convenience. The room itself was spacious and well-furnished with all the necessary amenities including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. I also appreciated the beautiful terrace where I could enjoy the stunning views of the surroundings.

This hotel is highly recommended for families as well, as they provide excellent service and have facilities suitable for children.

Loved our romantic escape! The breakfast was delicious with many hot and cold options to choose from. The staff also surprised us with complimentary champagne and strawberries upon arrival which was a lovely touch. The location was perfect because we were able to walk to many nearby restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed the stunning mountain views from our room every morning.

Didn't like that the spa was a bit small and crowded. We had to wait to use some of the amenities which was a bit frustrating.
