We were pleasantly surprised with our room at Excelsior, as we were upgraded to one with a balcony overlooking the majestic Matterhorn. the room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, with beautiful decor. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided ample and delicious options. We also appreciated the convenience of being picked up and dropped off at the station with our luggage.

No issues to mention, except for the bad weather, which was beyond their control. 🌧️

We were given a spacious room on the higher floors with a balcony and a brand new bathroom. The view of the valley and the Matterhorn from our room was absolutely dazzling. The room was comfortable with plenty of storage space. The breakfast served in the charming panelled room was above average, with delicious rolls from the nearby bakery.

The hotel offers great value for money, with reasonably priced rooms and convenient amenities.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk from the train station and the central shopping area. The trams that take you directly to the slopes are also easily accessible from the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with some offering balconies and great views. The breakfast options are delicious and the staff is friendly and attentive.

Some minor maintenance issues, such as loose shower support bars and difficult-to-open balcony doors, were reported by guests.
