I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just out of the city center. It was so convenient being close to the First gondola, making it easy for me to explore the beautiful hiking trails. The service was impeccable, with the housekeeping staff making sure my room was spotless and the laundry service taking care of all my needs. The shuttle service provided by this hotel was a great way to get around and explore the area. The hotel had a fantastic restaurant with delicious meals and a cozy bar/lounge area where I could relax and unwind. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests I had.

I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel with an exceptional location and stunning views of the Eiger Mountain. The room I was provided with was spacious and offered more privacy than others on the floor. The staff, especially Lars, was incredibly kind, respectful, and happy to assist me. I especially enjoyed the free snack of cheesecake in the afternoon and the complimentary juices in the fridge. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always with a smile. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and included a newspaper. The location provided stunning views of the Eiger. The night shift staff member was especially helpful in saving us from bad weather.

Nothing, it is perfect.

We had an amazing city break as we found the complementary drinks and snacks in our room to be a lovely surprise. the location was perfect as it was relatively close to the town, but we also loved being able to enjoy the peacefulness of the surroundings. We also enjoyed the free shuttle service that was always available to take us to and from the location.

One thing that we didn't enjoy about our stay was having to hike uphill to get to the hotel after public transit stopped running. It was a bit of a challenge, especially in the evening when the area was poorly lit.

Spacious, clean room with alpine decor. Stunning mountain view from large balcony. Friendly staff, efficient check-in/out. Free parking and shuttle available. Breakfast with variety of items, delicious bread and local butter. Lovely cake buffet included. Enjoyed our stay, would love to return.

Located uphill, quieter. Clean, comfy rooms. Convenient parking. Good breakfast, fresh coffee, appreciated rice and beans. Rainy week limited hiking. Would return for better weather.

It was also conveniently close to the city center and the Grindelwald train station, making it easy to explore the area. The room was spacious and well-equipped, providing all the necessary comforts. The service was top-notch, with friendly and accommodating staff. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The view from the room was spectacular, allowing me to admire the stunning scenery. it was an unforgettable and pleasant experience.

The boot room for ski boots could have been more high-tech to prevent dampness.

Traditional Swiss hospitality, stunning views, efficient and friendly staff, fantastic breakfast, superb service, amazing restaurants.
