our stay at the balavoulin was amazing. the atmosphere in the bar was lively and the food was tasty and well priced. the rooms were comfortable and warm, and the location was perfect for walking, skiing, and exploring the whisky trail.

The food served at the restaurant was fantastic, with great quality and lots of options. We had dinner upon arrival and breakfast the next morning, and both meals were amazing. the location of the hotel was very convenient, making it easy to walk around and explore the nearby shops and amenities. we were able to park on site without any issues.

The lack of toiletry space in the bathroom made it difficult to keep everything organized. We also noticed that the staff seemed a little overwhelmed or understaffed, although they were nice during our interactions.

We recently had a fantastic stay in this city. The best aspects were the excellent location in the heart of town, close to everything. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impressive. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious, and the service was always with a smile. No negatives from this place.

The room I stayed in at Balavoulin was immaculate, not a speck of dust to be found anywhere. The staff were incredibly welcoming and polite, providing exceptional service. The food in the hotel's restaurant was absolutely brilliant. I will definitely be returning to Balavoulin for another stay. highly recommend!
